Nintendo has officially announced that the latest installment in its classic rhythm game series, 'Rhythm Heaven Groove,' is set to arrive on the Nintendo Switch on July 2.

This title brings together a collection of quirky and highly entertaining rhythm-based mini-games. Players will be treated to a variety of original tracks composed by the renowned Japanese producer Tsunku♂.

A Rhythm-Driven Experience

In its product overview, Nintendo highlighted the game's core mechanics. Regardless of the eccentric scenarios players encounter, the gameplay remains intuitive: success depends entirely on hitting the buttons in perfect sync with the beat.

The game features a wide array of action simulations. Players will need to master various challenges, ranging from jumping through hoops and catching falling vegetables to swinging heavy hammers. The musical melody serves as the primary guide, with players relying on their sense of rhythm to complete each whimsical task.

To showcase the gameplay, Nintendo also released a new trailer titled 'Slice N Dice Kitchen.' The video demonstrates how players must tap along to the beat to chop ingredients in a kitchen setting, perfectly capturing the game's fast-paced and humorous style.

With the release date fast approaching, Nintendo plans to share more details regarding level design and the soundtrack in the coming weeks. For now, players can follow the latest updates on the game via the Nintendo eShop.
