Twitch streamer "Lacari" received a permanent ban from multiple platforms after a live broadcast revealed links to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) within a saved session in the updated Microsoft Notepad application. The incident highlights how emerging software features can inadvertently expose illicit online activity during real-time streaming. Lacari subsequently issued an apology while denying direct consumption of the material.
