Bethesda Game Studios' sci-fi RPG Starfield reaches a major milestone this week as it officially lands on the PlayStation 5. Simultaneously, a free update is rolling out across all platforms, accompanied by the launch of the 'Terran Armada' expansion, which introduces a new robotic faction to the game.
Previously, Starfield's first DLC, Shattered Space, received a lukewarm reception, sparking criticism from some players. According to Kotaku, the expansion failed to meet expectations in terms of narrative and quest design; nevertheless, the game continues to command significant playtime from its dedicated fan base. Currently, players are keeping a close watch for the 'Starfield 2.0' update previously hinted at by Todd Howard.
